grief+Sanc+dracs+life tap wand for manual not wanting to run sanc aura for meph hoz if u use sanc aura.

Does Grief damage get bonus from Fanatasim?

Yes.

Grief's +xxx damage is not calculated on your character screen's smite, just your shield smite damage.
As a result, even though your damage shows low , its actually quite a bit higher
