Sounds weird but slice up some potatoes and put them in your socks (under your feet) when you go to bed.

Somehow sucks out a bunch of toxins and the potatoes will appear black the next morning.

You still in Aus? Shits going around atm. Last week I had the same thing.

Best thing to do is get some over-the-counter stronk medicine. Lmk if you're in Aus and I'll tell you the best stuff the pharmacist recommended to me.

As well as popping multis, drinking plenty of water, and trying to eat as much food as you can stomach.

Nahh not in aus anymore

Ginger, garlic, berries & some greens in a smoothie every day keeps the AIDS at bay.

Gotta start eating better, already find eating 3.7k cals a day such a chore

Personally I slam a lot of water and vitamin C 500-1000 mg every hour. Ill drink chamomile tea with fresh cut lemons, cayenne pepper and honey... STAY HYDRATED! Also I make tomato soup with more cayenne pepper. The spice from the cayenne pepper helps heat me up and sweat out toxins to make me feel better faster. Most importantly I'll try to get EXTRA SLEEP. your body wants to sleep when your sick to help heal you when your internals are working on overdrive... so try and give the body what it wants... REST!

Do you also shake eagle feathers above your head in a counter clockwise pattern as you dance around a fire?

Is this a cultural practice? If so do you know which culture? I know of a few cultures who do similar things when ill. Mexican culture puts tomato sauce on their feet and chest similar to a vapor rub. That one makes sense to me since when the tomato sauce evaporates it would cool them. There's also one with onions in the socks when they go to sleep.
