Starting to get sick, any tips to tell it to fuk off b4 mancold keeps me bedridden. Also what foods to hit 4kcals/day when I don't feel like eating?

ok, so i really try to avoid all types of over-the-counter drugs (except for first aid stuff, obvs) like ibuprofen, cold medicine, etc.

but this old OG dude told me to take alka-seltzer extra strength ASAP, and i'm glad i followed that advice cause the shit works tremendously well.

spent 24 hours in bed (srs) ate 600 calories, feel a lot better now though.
