Even offline everything I push happens 2 seconds later.
All cut scenes and in game motion like the player standing during team selection is very jagged and lags.


Anyone know about this?

Taking disc out seems to have worked.

PS4 it's so crisp and clean. Instantaneous when I push a button the player reacts.
