Canadian build
Budget: 1500 (lowest possible)
More specific use (what games, what programs): looking to run csgo on high with at least 100fps at 144hz. Dabble in arma, but I'm happy running any game at least medium with most (excluding CPU intensive such as arma) at said refresh rate.
Planned time until purchase: ASAP
Do you need an Operating System?: No
Do you have any specific preferred components?: Prefer BenQ 144hz monitor, 1080
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: need wireless card
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Would probably throw a hyper 212 in
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: Yes, prefer BenQ 144hz 1080 for monitor, don't need mouse, Logitech g710 keyboard is my preferred but open to other options of mechanical and same build value. Sennheiser hd headphones would be a plus, with the built in mic, but understand if that's not in the price range.
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): postal is T8L1M2, have Amazon prime CA

Any further questions please let me know! I appreciate all help deciding what to get.

Keep in mind the Canadian dollar is a lot lower than the US. I'm okay dishing out a bit more for my accessories, though.

Why are you putting coolers with Ryzen products that already have stock coolers? Stock coolers will get them to 3.8.

Why are you telling them to waste money on an overpriced x370 that has features they'll never need?

Why are you telling them to get a RX 580 that isn't in stock anywhere?

Although criticism is appreciated towards other builds, maybe offer a contrasting solution versus merely criticizing.

@who, maybe reflect on said comment if you care to, but I appreciate the build either way!

The stock coolers take most Ryzen chips to 3.8GHz. Temps aren't usually what hold back the overclock. Not all hit the 4.0 wall.

A B350 overclocks just fine. X370 is for multi GPU.
