so you'll leech 9% of that ~30 physical damage you deal with fury. Against say a hell venom lord thats reduced by 50% from dr, 66% hell drain penalty and 34% drain effectiveness
so you hit them with 30 physical damage and leech back 0.3 points of mana, which gets floor()'d to 0, meaning you leech back literally 0 mana with this
its worth pointing out that the game won't even display blue swirly animation for leeching when your leech reaches 0
