Main emphasis is based on the damage output, both weapons are on the same character with the same stats, but, the 35% ee difference is higher than the normal 20% per Tier level that we have established.

Mystical iron longsword
Level Req: 5
Damage: 21 to 211
+75% Enhanced Effect
+1% Damage Return
+1% Power Shot

Mystical steel longsword
Level Req: 10
Damage: 21 to 211
+40% Enhanced Effect
+1 Mana Regen
+3 Critical Strike
______________

Basically, if we were talking about a white item from TierIV (level 5) to a TierV (level 10), all you would need is 20% ee on the TierIV (level 5) item to equate in the same damage as the TierV (level 10) item.

You just have to think which multiplier you need to get from 4 to 5.. so you have to multiply the 4 with 1.25 to get to 5 --> 25ee tier 4 = tier 5 without ee.

your 2 items:
4* 1,75 =7
5 * 1.40 = 7

--> same dmg

To answer your topic: Yes, the dmg is totally as expected.

8*1.75=14 to 80*1.75=140 which totals: 14-140... Base:
10*1.40=14 to 100*1.40 = 140 which totals 14-140... Base:

Yup, it works... but, again, there is a 35% difference, not a 20% that has been suggested in other topics. So, in reality, there is a 35% difference between Tier levels from 4 upwards instead of the so called 20%

EDIT: TierIV with 35% ee equals the same damage as a TierV with 0% enhanced effect... i.e. White item

The fact that you think every tier is 20% makes me  it's a general average of all of the tiers :bonk: .

Nice, I find it interesting that you have dedicated X amount of time and have had no real input to what has been stated for over 8 years this game has been around.
Shit... if you want to  like an idiot with one of your SC characters that have less Prof count to the one I deleted, then you are just a fool that wants attention like
the child comment you made.

EDIT: stfu if you don't have any real input into this thread, it could be considered as spam.

Let's take this to the streets... oh wait you have less prof on all your characters than I have in transmuting alone... wouldn't be fair. By the way... I know who's multi you are

I gave you knowledge that you clearly didn't have before. I'm going to sleep. Feel free to keep ranting :locked:

Are you an imbecile that can not read... oh w8, here is the spoon for you... my SC toon was deleted, and it had over 20 Sword prof alone... oh come at me SC numbskull, my first MQ ever was with a minimum of Rank 10 in sword. Want to prove me wrong... ask Mooj yourself. It is funny you think my HC toons ranks are nothing compared to your nubs now, considering I have lost over 4 toons with ranks 10-15 each. Fuck... suck on your pacifier more.

The 20% is an average usually at the higher tier items. Low tier items have a much larger gap. Even still, it's always a rough guideline based on how much str/dex/vit/int your character has at the time as these will also effect the gap between tiers to an extent. Anymore I don't even bother to assume anything, I do the actual math to figure out the gap between items when it's necessary.

Going to add some numbers from the math I've done on my currently MQ armour on HC.

190%ee level 40 scale with 88vit + 20int = Physical Defense: 58 to 233, Magical Defense: 36 to 110

168%ee level 45 scale with 88vit + 20int = Physical Defense: 58 to 233, Magical Defense: 36 to 110

147%ee level 50 scale with 88vit + 20int = Physical Defense: 58 to 233, Magical Defense: 36 to 110

128%ee level 55 scale with 88vit + 20int = Physical Defense: 58 to 233, Magical Defense: 36 to 110

Gaps are as follows:

22% from 40-45
21% from 45-50
19% from 50-55

Total %ee gap from 40-55 = 62%

62%/3 = 20.67% average per tier at this level

This isn't bad... my concern is giving the right info to those being new to the game, basically it is no point over the past 5+ years we use 20% average as an answer, a table would be good since this game has been around for many years.

I edited my first post with the math, which shows you the general concept behind the 20% average math theory

This already exists. Maybe one of your "friends" could share it with you. Look another nugget of knowledge. I really shouldn't help people like you.

Seeing Ryan post here made me come back. Disappointed in the effort he wasted trying to help a fool.
