Looks delicious. I prefer pan cooked broccoli cause i like it crispy. I bought sweet potatoes recently so may try your recipe.
Is that all you eat in that one little container in the first post? (The one drumstick and a little asparagus?)

I usually skip breakfast, eat a light lunch (like in the first post) and then double that for dinner.
Currently trying to lose a little weight and get my run times down. :)

I started eating healthier a while ago and have since cut back a little, but I still eat way more than that lol. I don't think I could sustain eating that little.
For ex. today I had half a cup of rice and half a pound of ground turkey for lunch. Could've ate more just cause its so good but I cut myself off to spread it for another meal :P

Just a little thread to post up your meal prep photos and recipes for the guys/gals that are always asking for ideas.
Maybe include prices for grocery purposes if you're so inclined?

Recipe

10 Chicken Legs : $.79/lb.
Asparagus : $1.00
1pk Bacon : $4

Coat thawed chicken legs in olive oil, apply seasoning of choice (I used garlic powder, rosemary, onion powder, salt, and pepper), bake at 425F for 25-35 minutes.
Cut bottom stalks off asparagus, wrap 2-3 pieces per 1 piece of bacon. Bake on a cookie sheet at 425F for 12-18 minutes (depending on how tender you like your asparagus.

That's it!

Nothing fancy, nothing difficult. Just a quick, easy, and cheap meal prep.

Your turn!

so your meal is a chicken leg and a few pieces of asparagus wrapper in bacon ? not much food
