That's a dumb law
You don't want it to be visible because the cop can over react to a potentially threatening situation.
It's better if it is completely concealed and then the law is that you have to inform them, with your hands on the wheel, where and what you have.

If they were going to shoot their way out they would have it concealed anyway so it makes no difference for criminals.
In this scenario it should be about about what is safest for the innocents.

Just another attempt of character assassination. Look at Trayvon, by the end of their narrative he was jumping rooftop to rooftop with ninja tools.

Last time we rioted we got meaningful and lasting police reform. The department Ray Tensing worked for doesn't exist now nor is he a cop.

Still a free murderer.
