what do i need?

its a windows 10 laptop in uefi mode

so far i have gathered: windows 10 version on usb stick (bootable), drivers for all components, backups of my programms like office

how do i go on?

this is what i tried: shut down pc, put in usb, start pc

what i expected: it installs windows

what happened: windows started as usual

i checked the boot menu in bios, said usb first, sata second, dvd rw third

anyone able to help?

remake usb with rufus from windows 10 iso.

it offers a few uefi options. mbr and gpt. which do i need to choose in rufus?
