You didnt play legion prior to this?

played wotlk/cata then stopped and now jus got legion like week ago

Legion itself wasnt that bad, if they just made an endgoal with the grinding

The game was released at a prime time. Our generation has grown up and like you said we simply don't have the time or freedom to indulge into the game anymore. That along with the game has changed a lot, and many new games have come out. League of Legends is pretty much the equivalent to a lot of the younger generation as WoW was to us, even though Leagues user base is much larger than WoW's ever was.

I played Vanilla through WotLK. Picked up Legion and truly enjoyed the experience. But a few months in I cancelled my subscription and went back to LoL.

Idk it's definitely not what it used to be. I haven't raided seriously since wotlk so I can't speak on that. But as far as pvp, vanilla tbc wrath and mop were the most fun to me. But I don't really know if it was the classes I was playing so I don't want to blame it on an imbalance. Just seemed more rewarding.

ive always been a fan of wow. since release. but seems as the more time i invest in the game i get rather burnt out and bored
