This, they usually do it. Problem is you may die of old age before you hear back from customer service.

I forgot what options it is, but there's about 2 different ways you can live chat them. It's how I got my 48hr last time. Helps if you've been inactive for quite some time as well.

Or a long time customer who takes a hiatus every couple years xD

just ask for some game time usualy give 2 days to a week depending on how long you have been gone i do it from tie to time
