I was curious if anyone would be able to slow the motion on this gif down by like 50% and possibly make it a more seemless loop? Would pay for a good end product. Thanks in advance.

Changing the speed of a gif can be easily done here: https://ezgif.com/maker ( upload you stuff, then change the speed ).
About getting a loop, first glance it looks possible.
