Hardcore
/Players8 at all times (excluding Countess)
No PlugY
No maphacks, editors, etc.
Ladder "runewords" enabled
Staffs are the only weapons permissible (since I'm a wizard and all)

Skill Allocation:

+20 Mace Mastery (Staves receive bonus from this Mastery for some reason)
+20 Shout
+20 Battle Orders
+20 Battle Cry
+20 Grim Ward
+1ish in Iron Skin and Natural Resistance
+? Concentrate or Berserk***

***I want to be efficient in Nightmare and Hell difficulty so I was thinking of obtaining a combat skill to use w/ my pimp cane. (Please help me decide which one to use w/ a staff, but I will only be using a couple points into the skills since this is a Totem Barb.) Unless you all want me to go w/out any Combat Skills at all.

Dream Gear:

Arreat's Face or Demonhorn's Edge (+3 in Warcries and Masteries at least)
"Chains of Honor" or "Fortitude" (I don't know which. Probably "Fortitude"? maybe?)
Ribcracker (Stalagmite [upped])
Sweet pair of crafted gloves or Soul Drainer/Dracul's Grasp (only if not using Bersker or Concentrate)
Gore Rider
Verdungo's Hearty Cord
Highlord's Wrath
