Like I said above. Every time you spend money for something, you are casting a vote for approval of that something. Whether it's an unpolished game or a game with DLC.

A fair amount of people are drawn to this style of gaming nowadays.

Games that are undeveloped gives more of an open, unrestricted feel; as long as core principles are in place of course. Exploits and bugs become part of the experience - players feel immersed in the development.

Company spending is cut as well since it doesn't need to be flawless. It's a win-win.

While true, it's openly stated that it's in a beta stage so buyer beware.

Also they just literally released a patch yesterday that allows the game utilize more of the CPU.

The game only used to use like 40% of my cpu now it hovers around 90% on 8 threads and the game runs way better.
