I got one like this but dex and life per hit which I rerolled to 10% chc. Your secondary is better though, aside from ranged DR (which may be better but depends on your other items) you got the best secondary stats. Unfortunately elemental is definately better (even if it was just for one character, but besides that you could obviously toss it on another char and reroll the element for what they need.

7.5/10 it's nice but an ancient with elemental reroll and 100/10 would be better unfortunately
