You get range 5 kicks using brandistock, so that coupled with mass frw/str bugged frw makes it ideal to use vs casters (necro, ph sin, fissure druid, sorcs etc)

do you carry a bunch of perfect gems and hel runes so you can go higher lightning damage whenever someone has death's belt on?
I dunno about the flail, seems like for only needing 3-4 affixes you could improve on the 56/120 lightning roll and 8/9 - 19/30 cold rolls, they're extremely low. Everything else of course noice

hell with perfect affixes and 2x ptopaz that flail could be 4-240 lightning and 9-30 cold
