Did you use the 3 chip gem recipe to get that....wow that is really insane, 2 sockets as well.
I would socket ruby then sapphire - which adds fire stun, and slowing effect.

Thanks for the answers.
I got this from shopping at ormus/drognan. And the socks come from the a5 exploit, I got lucky :)

Is the stun from fire dmg effective for pvp? I'm not sure... .
I was thinking of 2 psaph's, but I'm not sure if cold durations stack.
Or maybe 2 peme, I don't see the use of 2 pa's tbh. Maybe 1 pa/1psaph.
