Yeah finally opening my own restaurant/café in Montreal.
Well right now it's a coffee shop but i'll convert it into a japanese/asian counter.
I'll serve mostly donburi's, home made steamed buns with pork, etc...
And some japanese inspired dessert, like matcha tiramisu, rice krispies square with black sesame, sweets buns filled with beans or sweet potato etc...
I'll post pics later! Will open may 10, stay tuned.

Here's the first dish that made the cut for the menu. I tried to take a decent pic of it for my facebook page.

So it's a Salmon tataki (blowtorched) donburi, homemade yuzu-ponzu, pickled cucumber, nori, avocado, rice chips.

That's awesome. What's the place called? I'll have to check it out next time I'm in Montreal.

dang :O steamed buns? Want to trade ideas? I own a asian fusion catering company which specializes in steamed buns. Montreal is a bit far for competition :D
