Sniffed around a little but didn't find much. It definitely looks like early 1900s American folk art (borrowed composition, flattened palette, lack of atmospheric perspective, compressed picture plane, uninteresting though correct anatomy, lack of a convincing light source... It has all the signs. Euro folk tends to be darker with different facial styles). If it is indeed American folk, you may be hard pressed to find the artist, so I wish you luck there. It doesn't look like the work of any such artists that I'm familiar with. Hope that helps in some way

Sorry for dp, but also, I would attempt to contact the seller for further information, particularly where s/he acquired the print. It may not even be folk - just an amateur reproduction. Take note of...

The right hand of "venus", which is either magnetic or magical.
The head of "venus", which shows signs of being painted twice-removed (painting of a painting)
The head and raised arm of the woman leading the centaur, also looks twice-removed
The base of the pillar, which lacks detail amidst similar textures
... I could go on.

Of particular interest is the bottom left of the hanging tapestry and the back of the centaur. The foreground was clearly painted first, indicating a lack of knowledge/experience. This was either a folk artist's first or very early painting, or is a reproduction done by a student/apprentice/random. If the latter, it could be a reproduction possibly of a neoclassical artist, though my search was unfruitful in that vein.

Interesting interpretation, you seem to know quite a bit about art.
I appreciate your thoughts.
The seller told me she got it from the owner of an art store and he gave it to her when he closed it down.

Thanks for your words.

I did the schools

Not much of a lead there :( unless she happens to know his name, or the name/location of the store, so you can look it up.
