Anyone know any good combo chicken parmigiana dishes? im interested in what's out there!

It's good, but Spaghetti and Meatballs from good Italian Restaurant is still best. XD

Have you ever tried making it but instead of using gravy try alfredo?

Take chicken breast and cut into long strips
Pound into flat steak, thinner than your pinky
Flour, egg wash, breadcrumbs
Pan fry till golden brown

Take fresh mozzarella slices and place one slice on each chicken steak
Broil in oven until chess is completely melted

Make your own marinara sauce or use your favorite and top the chicken with the sauce.


Veggies: fresh green beans/broccoli/asparagus
Sides: spaghetti noodles in a buttery garlic sauce (fresh garlic simmered in butter and tossed with the noodles) grate fresh parmesan on top. You can also top the noodles with the marinara sauce.
