I agree with everything otter said, although I'd like to point out a couple of technicalities, in case they end up mattering to you
19.99 fg or lower, 5% MP fee is only assessed if the item sells.
20 fg or higher, 5% MP fee is charged upon listing and is not refunded if delisted or doesn't sell.*
*If you list an item for 20 fg or higher, and then you reduce the cost of the item (after 2 hours you are able to do this) you will not be charged the fee again as long as the new price is 20 fg or more.
If you reduce the cost of an item listed for 20 fg or higher to a price 19.99 fg or lower, when the item sells, you will be charged the 5% fee again.

The ratio of 50/50 for axe for example is not the ratio that provides the highest raw damage. It is only how much benefit you get for strength compared to dexterity. 50/50 means that 1 point of strength contributes to raw damage equally to 1 point of dexterity. So what this means is, your raw damage will be exactly the same whether you have 100 strength and 20 dexterity, 100 dexterity and 20 strength, or 60 strength and 60 dexterity if you're using an axe. I say raw damage because having a more balanced ratio will increase your chance to crit regardless of the weapon type you are using. However, crit chance is modified so weakly by strength and dexterity that I would say, don't worry about balancing the stats to get higher crit. Instead think about whether you will be using other weapon types than axes during your climb. For example, if your level 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, and 55 weapons are axes, but your level 40 weapon is a sword or club, then just put all stats into strength, so that you aren't gimped from level 40 to 55.
