Onward to Thresh Socket. Nothing to see here. Rescued the barbs along the way.

Cleared the Drifter Cavern. Nothing much found, but I always enjoy Drifter+Icy Cellar.





Back for my Anya reward. Actually not terrible, but ultimately not a keeper. Less life/resist than my "serious" hat, and I don't wanna give up the 35% MF circlet I've been running around with either. Sold.

Now, a nice update this time!

Been feeling pretty strong with my weapon (still rocking that rare great maul). But man, it'd be great if it were a Martel. If only I had a perf sapphire to upgrade!

Found Nith on the first try, he went down nice and easy.

Got a very nice map for WSK running if I want to, but leaning towards heading for NM Andy. Already level 44, and feeling pretty strong with the martel in hand. Waves went easy, even the 5th one. They knocked me back to the beginning of the room, but I never had to separate them.

On to Baal. The cold wave was a little annoying, and he melted sage/bear pretty quick. Pratham is tanky, and has a 'Strength' RW for some CB, and Baal never threatened much, just took a few minutes to die. What's this?!

Normal defeated! Maybe I'll try for NM countess (Lum for Smoke), and Andy (for a dozen or so upgrades...) rather than running Baal.

I knew it was possible from normal Baal, but don't think I'd ever seen it actually happen before in all my D2 years!

Thanks! Not an ideal char for it really, but it's definitely an upgrade for the time being, and just a cool find regardless!

113% MF by the way. Where do you find those odds? Have seen them posted on other WTs before and always wondered :unsure:

More updates to come later. For now, I'm being trolled with rare quarterstaffs in early NM :fume:
