hey guys,

i decided to start my first ladder slasher char.
my first char is a fighter and im now lvl12.

as far as i know, its possible to wear tier5 weapons with lvl10 but the highest weapon / armor i found until now is tier 3.

i guess i have to increase the monster level, to get better drops?
is this possible?

Hello and welcome to LS.
You can not fight monsters with a lvl higher than yours. The maximum lvl of monsters in your case is lvl 12, however you can downgrade it from lvl 1-12 but not higher than your current level.

You need to play a lot in order to get decent drops, i have to tell you that good drops are very very rare.

and how its possible to downgrade them? maybe i use this feture and dont know it?

ah okay, and should i walk around in the cata, or should i use the monster call?

Well, i think the odds in getting better drops should be slightly higher if you walk around the cata (explore the map).Here you can face Evil Presences (stronger monsters), which can not be spawned when you call monsters.
Calling monsters (whistle) is generally used in group climbs to reach lvl 71 very quick. As i said before, people are convinced that during whistling drops are not as good as they are while you walk in the cata.

You can type /whistle 12 for example, then you will fight against lvl 12 monsters. If you lower the monster lvl you can just log out from jsp and log in again and the monsters are automaticly adjusted to your lvl.

or just type /whistle and do not write any number
