do you buy only at 15? or at 15-18 or some range to make sure you build out consistent stocks?

I personally buy the majority at 15, I rarely can be bothered to check how much of each stock I have. I also buy above 15 when there is no 15 stocks, i never wait and come back later, better than forgetting imo.
To give an idea, i roughly buy above 15 1 in 10 times. (paid price of stock/amount of stocks = 15.15, then factor in i sometimes buy at 17/18)

Exceptions being when I KNOW i have under 10k of it. MPC and VPTS are the only two i can think of, i'm sure there's more but they're likely to be currently 200+ atm and have been for a while.
I also buy CHIA where possible in the 15-20 bracket as it's amusing to have loads in one stock. I remember a guy who called himself BOTTMAN as he bought BOTT any time it was 15-30, had roughly 500k in it at one stage, then it hit 200 and he sold everything.

Yes. 15 if possible, 15-16 otherwise. Just buy the cheapest one available and we play the waiting game.

But like McClarke said, hyperstocking is a strategy that you can use as well. Very high risk, but very high reward.
