You look a lot younger when you don't have a beard. Daily food for thought.

yeah I know, I'm getting a lot of grey in my beard. I don't care though, I'm happily married, not out looking for anything so I don't care if I look old or not, or what I'm wearing... I'm past those days.

If you want my honest opinion there's no such thing as an alpha buck bc hunting is a beta sport, but to each their own.

Which salmon taste better - caught at sea or river/creek?

As far as I know they travel up the river to reproduce and then die - so this means they are old fish with not much flavor?

Well these are freshwater salmon from Lake Michigan. They do die after they spawn, but you can catch them while they are still green like the ones in my pictures they taste the same. They start to turn white after they are done spawning (the females) and we just throw them back or make dog food out of them, the males we call Jacks, swim back down stream and back to the lake usually two or three times before they do their final spawn and die.

The rut is the deer's mating season. I don't think I have ever gotten truly upset in real life over jsp, but if your gonna sling shit, I'll sling it right back.
