Ketogenic diet is also quite good for your brain if you have seizures maybe even if you have cancer or alzheimers.

Obviously it is not a 'quick-fix' for anything. But it absolutely can be done properly to boost your brain and general metabolic health.

There is only one diet that works. It doesnt have a stupid name. Consume less calories than you burn. Thats it.

This.

It isn't so f*cking complicated, really.

You're a moron.

Ketogenic diet works because the biochemistry of the body is more complicated than addition and subtraction.

Its been about 90 days. I thought <1,500 cals a day would have been hard, but when you limit all of your eating to one meal a day, you barely notice.

I make a lot of lettuce wrap sandwiches lately. Very simple recipe, just a sandwich with lettuce wrap, iceberg and romaine work the best. The secret with them is to get good mayo or oils and use plenty. The fat keeps you fuller longer than protein or carbs.

If you want to get creative, you can throw in arugala or other spicy greens.

Down from 136lbs => 125lbs since Jan 20 as of today. I told myself I would stop around here, but my BMI still isn't at 6% yet. I don't see why I should stop.

instead of a ketogenic diet, you can just take exogenous ketones

and it's a sure thing, no major dietary restrictions but obviously dietary restrictions are recommended if you're aiming to lose fat/weight
