Who knew that we don't know shit about food and its effects on the body after centuries of eating, lmao.

The food industries lobby the government and prevent valuable information from disseminating. Its a big problem, disinformation.

Carbohydrates are a HUGE market and the stakeholders would never let it die as it would if the truth was known.

I did this all of 2015 and into early 2016. I'm a vegetarian so it was slightly more difficult than the traditional keto diet. Felt great, lost the beer gut, also helped my acid reflux. Could go back on it pretty easily.

Congrats

Not carbohydrates, as humans have been eating carbs since the beginning of time, more like REFINED/PROCESSED sugar.

Incorrect

Both sugar and “complex” aka trendy carbs have the same health hazards through MTOR chemical pathway. Sugar is slightly more harmful because of fructose content

Modern diets are much more carb heavy than ever before in history as well

If carbohydrates had health hazards, humans would have been dead a long time ago.

That's a poor way to look at things.

Everything is a health hazard at the right concentration, and everything is safe at a different concentration.
