Hamburger patty combined with diced NY strip steak, topped with pureed onion reduction and provolone on a grilled French roll.

I just bought a sweet sweet Weber Performer Deluxe. Our town is having a "ribfest" and I'm cheap, and its hot. So the gf and I decided to have our own "ribfest". Got 15 lbs of ribs to make 5 different ways lol.

Edit : Never even thought about making beef jerky on the grill. A lot cleaner than doing it on my dehydrator I'm guessing, gonna try that next week!
