didnt know about this, download this from a texture pack on deviantart. Assumed it was free to use I don't mind paying back, just pm me.

The said image was downloaded from a texture pack open to the public. The image is fine.

I see a custom made smudge signature made by 2 artists, not a texture.
In neither of those artists galleries do I see resource packs, but I see tags, and tag walls.

But assuming it's on the internet, then it's public, and it's fine right?
So if I downloaded your signature, threw it in a pack and posted it somewhere public, then slapped my render on it and changed the color, you would have no problems with it, right?
Because I could then say I downloaded it from a texture pack open to the public.

Post where this pack and where the artists give their permission, otherwise there's no evidence backing this story.
