(P) Shimmering (m=35, levelreq=27): All Resistances +(13-15)

In the case of Grand Charm: Item Level = affix level - hence Shimmering on Grand Charm Item Level: 8-13 is always All Resistances +(3-6), Item Level: 14-34 always All Resistances +(8-12), and Item Level: 35+ always All Resistances +(13-15).
*) Very few affixes in the game have a maximum level, and this is why most of the lower-valued affixes spawn all the way to Item Level: 99 <_< .


Perfect (Defense: 74 is the maximum).
