id like to design a visual basic exe where you can:

1) load 2 .txt files, one containing wireshark ips, the other one ips labelled as the following: A1 - xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, A2 - xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, B1 - xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

2) select what kind of ips you are looking for. example: A1, A2, A3 would only browse those that start with it.

3) browse both files to check if those ip(s) appear in the wireshark file

4) display wireshark's ip. notify if the ip range (first 2 numbers) appear. also notify if it doesnt, or if it appears but in another range (example, A1's ip is similar to B5's ip)

if possible, i'd like to know how much it'd cost to get it done. tyvm
