really?

for a start computer games
any programs, graphics, these things uploaded to youtube
then uhd blu ray movies and streaming, i know a lot of it is 1080p upscaled but still some films that are genuinely mastered in 4k which must look amazing
all movies on uhd blu ray should look awesome, even if it's upscaled or whatever it's still done from studio masters and will look better than blu ray

cameras etc now do 4k so a lot of the youtube videos etc will be genuine 4k even if still not perfect quality atm
also 4k will let the tv/player/computer upscale stuff from 1080p which is supposed to look better

not to mention hdr etc which you can get from that price nowadays

Go to local electronics store and get one when it's on sale

Honestly, I'd skip the 240Hz requirement, as current HDMI specs aren't going to allow for the bit rate to run 4K video at 240Hz. It's a bandwidth limitation.

As for a TV, I would seriously consider the Insignia Roku 4K TV at Best Buy (Insignia is their store brand). I have the 50" version of that TV, and it's a very solid panel. Also calibrates very well. Fairly inexpensive, for a 4K set. And the integrated Roku is really nice.

^what I have, really like it. meets your criteria and goes on sale for 750 or less. but, if you want real dark blacks, you are probably going to have to save up for an OLED.
