If you're looking to hire a developer, you're in the wrong place.

People with your requirements are actually earning hard money for their work. They have enough time because they work full time and do it for a living.

So maybe just post how much are you paying and exact requirements and scope of the project. For the record I charge $50/hour for any freelance stuff.
