finally over this man-cold/flu thing.. Last 2 weeks have been rough at the gym but i've been hammering hard.
Bench yesterday, worked up to 205 for 4x6 and did a few doubles @ 245..
Last week I ended up doing 385 for 4x6 with SSB and reverse light bands to a box, felt good... Overall, felt like a weak week but im chocking it up to feeling like poo poo.. Tonights deads, working with 525 for 3x2.
