cool news..

I have an interview in a week for a nurse residency program spot in a CTICU at a level II trauma center in Richmond, VA.. If I accept it, i'm packing up the family and moving 5 hours away =o...

now to wait and see.

finally over this man-cold/flu thing.. Last 2 weeks have been rough at the gym but i've been hammering hard.

Bench yesterday, worked up to 205 for 4x6 and did a few doubles @ 245..

Last week I ended up doing 385 for 4x6 with SSB and reverse light bands to a box, felt good... Overall, felt like a weak week but im chocking it up to feeling like poo poo.. Tonights deads, working with 525 for 3x2.

I think it's time to take a break from the level of training ive been doing for the past few years.

I just got accepted into a nurse residency program and i'm moving myf amily like 200 miles away from where we currently live. So fucking busy...

But when I get situated down there, I'll start doing updates again.

just got done at some rando ass fuckshit gym in Richmond, VA..

Deads today, ended up doing 405 for 3x5, than did 425 for 2x8, than paused 315 for 3x5 and 225 for 1x10 paused..

bar sucked cock, had no knurling and the entire thing felt misloaded.. but i gave er hell.

355 with a camber bar and light bands.. What a weird bar to lift with, but I like it..
