bench 195 for 4x10
did some heavy banded bench, close grip 3x7, blasted my triceps and finished with some plate press/pushup amrap

Nice depth on the squat. You're even almost pausing at the bottom.

I'm surprised your bench is so low comparatively.

It’s garbage, but it’s improving garbage 😂.. I’ve pressed 265 and im feeling I’m around 270 but idk

its extremely common to have a poverty bench and decent squat n dead, its the least natural of the movements

For me it has always been a struggle to get a really good squat. My knees just didn't like the movement.

But my bench and dead were nuts comparatively.

I’ve had others tell me the same thing. Guy I lift with has a 445 bench and a 495 squat/525 deadlift

Idk, I just keep going and trying to get better. It’s worked so far 😂

pulled yesterday.. kind of bad day

warmed up to 500 for 3 singles than 515 for 3 singles.. Was supposed to be 3x3 @ 500 and 2x2 @ 515.

I hit a 500 lb dead before I hit a 250 bench and I hit a 600 lb dead before a 300 lb bench. I hate pressing movements. Have only declined since that bench. I'm not competing so I'm mostly just doing pressing for physique. Pulls are still geared more to powerlifting and back squats have turned 100% into front squats because I enjoy them more
