Missed yesterday cuz finals.. Hit bench and skwots today.
375x3, 415x5, 440x5, 455x3 than some split squats and heavy hammy work.
Bench was speed day, 50% for 5 sets of 15, chain incline flys, single arm db incline, flat db press, than finished by blasting my triceps.
