Hmm... seen better items posted in this thread as fails, just following suit based on level... here is a fail, if only more strength.

Arcane wild heal III,
Heals: 4 to 49,
+34% Enhanced Effect,
+4 Strength,
+1 Life Regen,
+1 to 7 Life per Kill,
+1% Damage Return,
+2% Lightning Mastery

Mind you, I would not use it even if it had 14 str vs by Tier III Wild with 2xx max life and 11 dex with other mods.

Yeah but a lot of the people that posit here don’t understand the difference between a fail and low roll. That sword rolled low. That’s not a fail, just a shitty spawn. 50 dex on a 35 staff would be a fail. 67 hm on a 55 charm is a fail. I’d expect better from you... you at least knew which were fails before. Your average requirements were significantly lower than most other players but you still knew the difference

50 dex on a 35 staff is a fail because in retrospect it is around 35% enhanced effect... but for a glypher, it is a prime commodity [as long as they can glyph it successfully]... & that is the problem... 50 dex @ 1fg.

67% Heal Mastery is not actually a fail on a 55 charm for a healer in a group. If you balance Intelligence & Heal Mastery, you get better heals, even if your EE Heal is in ACC slot.

Level 10 monsters are pathetic and easy to kill in comparison to your so called "Fail" items... you know for a fact that you can kill level 10 monsters using TierIII items easier than higher level monsters using higher tier items.

we are talking usefulness of the item and excluding uses that take thousands of hours to be able to do. As for the hm charm... Lets agree to disagree. Nobody uses strictly HM charms because its completely useless without a real mod backing it up. Nobody wants a pure healer in their group.

Sorry bud that sword isnt a fail.. in fact given that the cap is 100 its actually ABOVE average. WITHOUT ML before you argue the point...

So, the sword is 1% above average EE spawnable on that Tier, does this apply to other items posted?

Fail or good? Tempted to say good, but not sure!

Angelic ice III
Spell Damage: 51 to 61
Mana Cost: 21

+35% Enhanced Effect
+14 Dexterity
+89 Max Mana
+1% Life Steal

Overspawn, but, it is over 100% enhanced effect... it isn't a fail at all

Quote (McDavid @ Jan 1 2019 04:36am)
Mystical rusted dagger
Damage: 9 to 16

+25% Enhanced Effect
+1 Critical Strike
+1 to 1 Life per Attack

This is not a fail:

Quote (McDavid @ Dec 26 2018 06:31am)
jRare steelwood club
Level Req: 45
Damage: 75 to 340
+90% Enhanced Effect
+6 Jubilance

By your argument this is not a fail at all:

Quote (Jupiter5 @ Dec 24 2018 08:34pm)
Rare seamist robe
Level Req: 30
Physical Defense: 0 to 30
Magical Defense: 44 to 134
+137% Enhanced Effect
+1 Mana Regen

And the list goes on... come up with something that actually fills the bill of your debate to contradict my impression of what others think a fail is. They don't know, they wouldn't because they all think a lot of items fail because it isn't good ENOUGH FOR THEM.

Thanks for pointing out what I have stated in Fail / Average threads posted already... they don't know what is useful, they only compare their finds to the items they have, not what is or can be of value.

Yes, this is a fail:

Rare steel dagger, Damage: 29 to 51, +15 Strength, +1 to 2 Life per Kill

Nah not at all

Low rolls are not fails they are low rolls

Fails are good rolls on wrong item or stat. Right combination of multiple stats but none high enough to make it useable.

Just because you get ee to roll on an item but it’s too low to use doesn’t make it a fail. It makes it a shitty roll. So sick of seeing low ee roll items called fails.
