The people have spoken.

Goals
-kill Hell Baal
-not get sniped by archers in the Tower on the way to Hell Countess :P
-see gear goals below
-Reaper's Toll for merc
-reach level 93

Rules
-dead is dead
-/players 8 at all times, except Countess re-runs
-PlugY enabled
-ladder runewords enabled
-re-runs allowed
-save & exit allowed

Strategy
Normal: Pure Fissure
Nightmare: Re-spec to Tornado after 'Spirit' and 'Insight' made
Hell: Maybe re-spec to max block*

(*Still undecided about this, would appreciate any input from people on this)



Gear goals to achieve 99 Fcr setup
Helm: +5 Nado Pelt
Weapon: 'HotO'
Armor: 'Enigma'
Shield: 'Spirit' or Stormshield
Gloves: Bloodfist or Magefist
Belt: Arach
Boots: Aldurs or Waterwalks
Ammy: Maras
Ring: SoJ/BK or Fcr ring
Ring: Fcr ring

Skill Allocation
Cyclone Armor: 20
Twister: 20
Tornado: 20
Hurricane: 20
Oak Sage: 20
Summon Grizzly: 1
Prereqs: 4

Build complete at level 93
