Now begins the slog of getting it back. I've already put on 5 lbs since the weekend, things are going good so far. And because I lost so much weight, I can put it back on fast without loads of it being fat.

Today was Day 2 in the gym and on the walk back I had to stop and sit on the curb because I felt like I was going to be sick. I wasn't - the drostyle continues...
