huh, my local guitar shop carries Reverend and I've never seen their LP-style model. I dig the Gibson specs with some offset aesthetics. The bass contour should go a long way in making that guitar versatile. The fretboard could've been darker tho, is that supposed to be Pau Ferro?

Ya pau ferro fretboard. It is decently dark, that pic is flash photography under bright lights. Ya the bass contour is really nice, gives a real split coil effect for versatility. I wanted their p90 guitar, but rolling off the bass on that single coil guitar really just made it a bit too tinny for me, so wasn’t as much of a point to it. I have coil splits in my humbucker guitars and they still sound too muddy... I need to learn some soldering so I can wire them to have the bass contour. I'd just buy a Reverend straight up but their necks are too wide and fat for my smol hands

soldering isnt hard.


its mostly about having a steady hand, and good solder and a good quality iron.

u can pick one up and practice for a bit and be good enough to make it happen pretty quickly
