One officer with a long history of complaints murdered an innocent man and indirectly caused tens of millions of damage.

This could have all been avoided had he been let go when it became apparent he was a liability due to his lack of judgement and mental stability.

Maybe more evidence will come to light to disprove what I said. As of now though, this is just another black eye for law enforcement and has shown once again how quick some are to jump to senseless destruction when

such miscarriages of justice happen. This could have not come at worse time.
