One word about Life Tap that I forgot to include in my rules in the first post: since LT is so OP, I intend to only use it on bosses.

That's all for now. Progress is slow cuz I'm using Concentrate right now, which is a single target attack.

Progress will be a little faster once I level more and find better gear.
