Yeah i saw that lol, love it.

The Pistons have held every visiting team to under 90 points so far this season. Not bad.

I just want to post my GL to Detroit. I grew up a HUGE fan of #11 (lettuce not speaketh of my age). My dad used him as a way to describe "fire" in sports psychology to me, and I will forever think of him when I think of competitive drive. He also told me that if I wanted to be a great basketball player, I'd need to work on my dribbling skills like Isiah did -- bringing the ball with me wherever I went, even to school. I remember going out and dribbling after one of his games when I was just a tadpole. Geographically speaking, the Palace is actually the closest NBA building to my home even though I live in Canada. I was there to see the Pistons play against Kobe in the year that they won the championship.

I am at heart a Raptors fan, but some of you know that I like several teams and tons of players in any given year. The Pistons will always have a special place in my heart.

p.s. I still don't get why more people don't have more "favorite" teams. I cheer, depending on match-ups, for about half of the teams in the NBA. I think the Pistons have had a good amount of talent in recent years but I think they are finally starting to gel under SVG.

This game was so frustrating at first but I'm glad I finished watching it. After the loss to the Sixers I thought we'd have a great bounce back game, but that isn't how it started. 8 turnovers in the first quarter, and I felt like it took us nearly all game to get back into the flow of our offense, but I think Reggie is finally starting to get back into his stride, and the team is really starting to gel.

A couple of things that stood out to me are that KCP's contributions on defense can not be overstated. Without him we got blown out by Philly, with him today he shut down Wes Matthews completely.

Also, I think Jon Leuer might be my favorite Piston this season, he's just so solid and I love his game. Definitely a great offseason addition.

I also think Stanley Johnson is starting to get it, he played pretty well in limited minutes. I hope SVG being hard on him helps to mold him into the player we need him to be.

Hopefully with Reggie back we can stay injury free this year and make a solid push at the end of the season. I don't see 48+ wins being out of the question, but we have to get it together.

This team is so disappointing. Honestly should be a top 4-6 team in the East but we keep dropping games we should win easily.

When asked if he would consider a lineup change SVG said it's just a matter of who at this point and he guarantees "we're not trotting that 5 out there Wednesday night".

Interested to see what changes he makes against the Grizzlies. Something's gotta change. The players had a team meeting today about the offense and we played possibly our worst game of the season, so whatever they discussed didn't transfer to the floor. Tired of watching this team suck tbh.

I think Leuer should start, maybe bench Jackson, Morris and Andre and start Ish, Leuer and Baynes?

Drummond shot 7-10 from the line tonight, that's encouraging. Hopefully this will give him confidence going forward to at least be a mediocre free throw shooter instead of a historically bad one.

At any rate, we're clearly not going to win very many more games until we figure this locker room stuff out.

Hearing rumors that we're willing to shop Drummond and Jackson, wouldn't be too upset if we were able to move either for a decent price.

"As Lowe explains, however, Drummond isn't becoming what the Pistons want from him. He says the big man "doesn't try hard enough" in many games, especially on defense. Coach Stan Van Gundy spoke with Lowe and even admitted Drummond "needs to be pushed really hard."

Seriously tho, he plays like he doesn't care at all. He could dominate the paint in any given game if he wanted to.
