these types of Christians are dying. That sort of talk isn't accepted in most places including most churches. There are no shortage of Christians that view LGBTQ negatively and say insensitive things but the actual harm people or encourage it are very low

I've been to a lot of small town church with some very conservative people and homosexuality is rarely even covered it's just the pastors cherry picking versus so they can get their work week off their chest or apply it to someone from the congregation
