This should be required viewing for every American. They should be required to watch it twice a year just to keep it fresh in their mind. When the situation finally comes up where there's a cop puffing his chest out at you, it might be hard to stick to what you know. I agree with this 95%... but some limited polite interaction with police in a traffic stop or something like that will usually turn out better than the "am I being detained" shtick. That doesn't mean you have to let them search your car.
