How... I m really trying to do my best with self promoting, but idk... I see some weaboos shit getting way more followers than, actually good art

Try contacting other artists, hell, maybe even contact Preis himself and ask him for some tips or help. It can't hurt.
Collab and promote yourself through them maybe, I think some lack the oomph they had at a start and fresh wind (you) might do both a favour? So far I must say I had nothing but positive experience with other artists, as long as you approach with friendly tone and good intentions they are usually pretty chill and willing to help unless you are pissing directly in their bowl. And there is always an option of investing minimal funds of printing some of your art and giving it to a well known person for exchange of a shout out on social media, but always ask first if they would be willing (instagram/facebook/whatever). Who you pick and why, is up to you.

You are good, so why the hell not?

I don't belive I m good enough, I actually feel like a trash watching other artists.
I m contacting from time to time small musical bands and ask if they want some tshirt design or album etc. I dont feel like contacting other artist is good (atleast, big ones). Imagine me typing to Preis, 95% is that he wouldn't even asnwer and even if he did, he probably wouldnt care because theres probably tons of same people as me. I feel like getting known is just luck.

1. That feeling will never go away. I feel it's mandatory
2. Lucky are the ones that make their own luck. I used to be introverted and worked my ass off, now I work my ass off and ask everyone I know that might be willing to help or know a guy that knows a guy. And rejections are not to be taken personal. Might get you nothing or a funny look, but there is a CHANCE that it will get you something. :D

I'll stop nagging you now

Very impressive work. Very inspiring and I don't know if you have said this, but how long does it approximately take to finish a piece?
Also, where do you recommend to start for doing the style that you do? Where do you find your inspiration?
Keep up the beautiful work dude it will get you somewhere.

Building self-confidence is biggest struggle. Your work is great and worth being promoted.
