What does +10% to Proficiency Cap Per Fight mean exactly?

Im happy about cooking xp tbh.

this means that you can get 10% prof more per fight with one mob, I'm not sure what is current limit, but in the past you was able to farm prof whole day on one mob and cuz of that exploit Paul or Kevin add maximum value of prof points which you can get from one mob, then it was 20 points now I'm not sure if it still on the same level.
But seriously most of the time it doesn't matter only except hard mobs like Soften, TP, EP, 4C, ETC everything which you wont kill at one shot.

10 prof max per fight, so now you can get 11

0-10 prof (max 10) per Wave is the base for all actions (casting / melee & healing), even if you Melee and use Healing actions during that Wave (encounter). Thus 10% = maximum of 11 as stated by Pick. The previous Event had 50%, and that meant maximum of 15.

I noticed you stated "Happy about cooking Experience." All this does, is let you gain more Experience (character level) while cooking, it does NOT increase the amount of Prof gain towards cooking.
