Looking for books that will help improve my skill within social engineering and strategy.

Any books that you all feel will increase my ability to debate , negotiate , or increase my ability to compute mentally taxing problems within small time frames will be welcomed.

try the NLP Colorado video series - old but gold.
Another classic is "frogs into princes" by bandler.

i think bandler also did a video on social engineering.

i also liked Jonathan Altfelds irresistable voice

Kenrick Clevelands Advanced Social Skills - but basically everything by kenrick cleveland. I think he is one of the best there is.
And then you could also have a look into anchoring on a more deep level. Such things as verbal anchoring or sliding anchors.
