I saw Resurrection of F.

Basically, as it was stated in the anime before, Freeza never had to train a day in his life.

After his defeat against Goku, he trained to get his revenge and was resurrected. He comes to earth and basically becomes a super freeza (golden). He fights goku in super saiyan god super saiyan (blue hair). Does pretty good, but ends up gassing out and goku gets the edge. As freeza is about to lose, one of his minions shoots goku through the chest with a laser. Vegeta steps in, goku gets a sensu bean and vegeta continues the fight (which isn't much of a fight, he just beats the shit out of him). Freeza is on the ground about to get executed by Vegeta and decides to destroy the planet by shooting energy into the ground as he's more or less begging for his life. Everyone dies including vegeta except the Z warrior group, Whis and Beerus. Whis Shielded everyone. Whis turns back time 3 minutes. Vegeta is back to being about to kill Freeza, goku steps in and kills freeza instead. Vegeta gets pissed, yadi yada.

In the beginning of the movie goku and vegeta fight Whis and never land a hit on him. Pretty good fight scene.

The fight against Freeza was kind of underwhelming tho.

should've resurrected cell. at least he would've made sense in the power up, since he has saiyan blood and gets stronger after every defeat

makes perfect sense.

arcosians have no upper limit just like saiyans. and freiza actually has ALOT of untapped potential
